Lulu is currently being fostered from a dog shelter to be adopted by me. Lulu is still scared of people and we are very heartbroken for her to be out in the streets by herself. We are not aware of her history, only that she does not trust just anyone. She is a sweet girl who was finally getting the love and attention she needs.
