Loki is a stray cat we used to feed in Inglewood. He disappeared on **August 24, 2026**, and hasn't been seen since. He used to come every day to eat, but suddenly stopped showing up. We were able to adopt his brother. The last time we saw him, he was **injured from fights with other stray tomcats and very underweight**, even though we fed him. He only managed to come once a day. My family thinks "he's probably around," but I'm really worried because he wasn't doing well and has never been gone this long. **About him:** He's friendly — if you see him and call him, he'll let you approach (even though he doesn't really respond to his name). If you've seen him, picked him up, or know anything, please reach out. I just want to know he's safe. 🙏 SPANISH/ESPAÑOL: Loki es un gato callejero que solíamos alimentar en Inglewood. Time is of the essence, you need to be proactive. crack garage door open 24/7 enough to get in. Hang worn clothes and/or your pillow case outside the garage door to create a scent trail. Knock on neighbors doors ASAP with a picture asking them to keep an eye out. See if they can check Ring cameras for any sighting. Post signs with kitty’s picture as many as possible, include surrounding neighborhoods. Go out late at night with a flashlight, shaking a bag of food, calling kitty’s name, looking under shrubs for their shining eyes. Post on Ring, Nextdoor and check shelters. Don’t give up. 💕

Go around late at night calling them with food and flashlight to catch their eyes. Check around your neighborhood under houses and in small places where they may hide. Put stuff out that has yours and their scent on it. Mainly their litter box and sprinkle their used litter around the yard as they'll recognize the smell and it'll deter other animals from coming around. Hang flyers around for people to see. Check shelters and vets daily. Update chip info if they have a chip and its has not been update since a move. Ask neighbors to check in their garages incase they ended up trapped in one and to check their cameras in case they appeared on them to get a sense of direction they could be. I pray you get your baby back safe and soon.

Lost Cat I am so sorry. Get posters out throughout a large square block radius. Cats typically remain close by. MAKE SURE YOU OFFER A REWARD IN BIG RED LETTERS. ITS INCENTIVE FOR PEOPLE TO PAY ATTENTION. EXPECT SPAM CALLS. People are jerks but the good people will pay attention! Let your mailman/woman know and provide them with a poster. And if you can, set up a Ring camera or ask neighbors that are close by to check their camera footage. Stay in contact with your neighbors and have them check their sheds, garages and underneath their homes. Cats come out late at night when they are not in fight or flight mode. If you can, leave your door ajar or a window where they usually perch open so that if they return overnight, they can get back inside. You can also set a human trap. There a helpful YouTube videos on how to do this. Lastly, if you have the funds, contact Landa the Pet Detective. If you can afford her, do so immediately. Her hounds will track your dog’s scent. And make sure if you have your pet microchipped that the info is up to date. Alert the microchip company that your pet is missing. One more thing, if your cat is an outdoor cat, put a GPS collar on them.
