Elaina Louise I don’t really know if it’s in her best interest to go back to someone who is interested in using her financially. If anything, the shelter should be reimbursed for the services they now need to use on this mother dog and all of her puppies before returning her.

I don’t think her owners deserve her back at all. She’s probably used and abused look how sad her faces look at the chain around her neck. I would’ve never even commented where she was at the owner. Don’t deserve her. You can tell.😤
