Message from Owner

**🚨 LOST CAT – PLEASE HELP US FIND RAKU 🐾** Our beloved calico cat, **RAKU**, has been missing for about **16 hours**, and we're very worried. RAKU is a **2-year-old calico** who is **microchipped** and **spayed**. She is primarily an indoor cat, but we let her outside for a couple of hours each day. She has never wandered far from home and is almost always back within an hour, so it's very unusual for her to be gone this long. 📍**Last seen near Nanaimo & 12th Street, New Westminster, around 5:00 AM.** RAKU can be friendly, but she may be frightened and hiding. If you live nearby, please take a moment to check your **garages, sheds, crawl spaces, under decks, and anywhere a curious cat might have become trapped**. If you see RAKU or have any information, please **message me immediately**. Even a possible sighting could make all the difference. Please **share this post** with your friends, family, and neighbors in the New Westminster area to help bring RAKU home safely. We miss her so much and just want her back where she belongs. ❤️ **🐱 RAKU – 2 years old | Calico | Microchipped | Spayed** Thank you so much for keeping an eye out and for sharing this post. Every share increases the chances of bringing RAKU home. Contact:

You're best bet is to check at night in the area close to you're home. Cat's that are afraid don't usually travel far. Go out at night and use a flashlight and shine it in nearby bushes. Using the flashlight you can light their reflective eyes up. Every time my girl has escaped my apt (3rd floor balcony) she was always right below our balcony in the bushes. I must have walked past those bushes calling her 100 times she didn't come out. Because they're afraid they usually aren't cooperative.

Please place his bedding 🛏outside, along with the owner's unwashed clothing👚👖 front and back door 🚪with a can of tuna 🐟 on each entrance, you can leave your garage door a bit open as well. In case it comes in that way. And leaving food there as well. Also vacuumed home 🧹dirt in a stocking hanging it in front and back of home🏡 enterence . You can also add some catnip 🌱in a stocking hanging by your entrances. Show your neighbo🖼picture of the cat. Ten houses to the left ten house to the right front and back if they spot him to give you a call☎️ immediately. Go early in the ☀️morning and shake treats calling the cats name when things are quiet.. Tell neighbors to check their sheds and garage.Just in case it's trapped.. Also, you can install a camera 📹to monitor and see if the cat is around your house . Best of luck 🍀finding your kitty 🙏 ❤️🏡🐾
