She is a Calico/tortoiseshell mix, has a black outline around her pink nose and a large orange patch on her head. She has no collar (she has lost so many). She has bad allergies, so she gets scabby (from itching) if someone isn't wiping her fur down. She is micro-chipped, spayed, and has current shots. She is beginning to have cataracts. She is a sweet lap-cat, but, doesn't like to be carried, can be a little skittish, often has the zoomies, and likes sleeping in safe/contained spaces (small closet, bathtub, etc.),

Hello, I'm hoping someone has seen, or unexpectedly has our missing senior cat, Callie. She is an indoor/outdoor kitty, but comes in at night; very occasionally, she stays out a few days (of her choosing), but, this is the longest she has been gone. Any helpful info., is greatly appreciated!! I am hoping a kind soul took her in, thinking she was a stray vs. critters on the nearby creek getting to her. So sorry kitty is missing. My indoor only cat got out during construction and was missing for a week. Post on Next Door. If chipped, report missing to the chip company and ensure they have up to date contact info for you. File a missing report with the shelter online. I read indoor cats usually only stray 5-10 houses so I went door to door in a radius around my house and asked neighbors if I could search their backyards and under sheds. I also handed them a flyer. I walked around at night calling my cat and shining a flashlight in bushes to try to spot eyes. I cracked my garage slightly and put a lot of dirty laundry i.e. dirty sheets and blankets which helps with a scent trail. A neighbor spotted my cat in the storm drain closest to my house. I never thought to look there. It took 3 days after knowing she was in there until she came out. I do not have Ring, so I bought cheap motion sensor cameras and set them up at both doors that sent motion alerts to my phone.Good tips here: www.catsinthebag.org Paws crossed you are reunited soon.
