Serenity Lewis oh no that’s terrible ! I hate that she looks so sad 😞 if she was dumped I’ll take her in no problem . I own 2 of my own and I know she would fit in perfectly over here . I’m a dog trainer and can help keep her and feed her til her owner is found . I don’t like that she looks skinny . Did you go to the vet and see if she had a microchip??
