Lost Dog. Hope your fur baby is home soon. I’ve listed a few sites to post on and other things to do which may help. 🙏🏻🤞 If not done already, may need to update chip details here, you can also flag them lost or stolen: Central Animal Records Australia (laorgest site in Australia). https://car.com.au/ Get as many flyers out in the area last missing. Leave a piece of your clothing where last seen, they will often return there. Door knock. If suspected stolen check CCTV footage in area. Check on Gumtree pet sales Do a search on Facebook for Lost/stolen Dogs/Pets Victoria/Melbourne. There are lots of them, post to as many as you can. Share remembering to put location and date to areas of Melbourne, there are many others too:- Lost and Found Pets/Dogs in South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne https://www.facebook.com/groups/341345099324010/?ref=share Lost Pets Northern Suburbs https://m.facebook.com/groups/1391655430933952/?ref=share Victorian Lost Pet Register - VLPR https://www.facebook.com/LPRVictoria/ Lost Found Missing Pets Australia https://www.facebook.com/groups/306117436921910/?ref=share Lost Pets and Adoptions, Melbourne and Regional Vic https://www.facebook.com/groups/2049356722005386/?ref=share LOST/STOLEN DOGS OF VICTORIA AUSTRALIA https://www.facebook.com/groups/217830494925149/?ref=share https://www.facebook.com/groups/183018378476607/?ref=share Community Pet sites in your area Lost Pets sites in your area Don’t forget to make a list where you’ve posted online and continuously go back and bump (moves your post to top) and update any news especially if found. And check in person as well as look online at The Lost Dogs' Home, an appointment must be made to go, but definitely go, as mistakes have been known to happen. https://dogshome.com/lost-dogs/ Report Lost on RSPCA Victoria and/or RSPCA Aust. https://rspcavic.org/lost-pet/ Contact Lort Smith link to Shelters in all areas. https://lortsmith.com/adoptions/lost-and-found-pets/ Be aware of certain services, many are scams, operating from USA they are not legitimate, don’t give them money. If you get your pet back invest in one of these, best $20 you will spend, tag with QR code when scanned by a smartphone will give your details, saving on the stress of dog going to a vet, pound etc. https://car.com.au/collections/all-products/products/smart-tag A different QR tag that has other useful information https://fetchd.com.au Lockable lead if you leave pet at shops etc. https://www.superlockupleads.com. Hope he/she’s is found. 🙏🏻🤞
