Carol Harris Negative? Just realistic. I hope the cat is found safe, but every time an unneutered cat goes missing the owner claims they were ‘booked in’ to be done. Chipping is required by law, affordable and quick. There’s no excuse for it not to have already been done. This is a British blue… is more likely they intended to breed.
