Lisa Diamond I called TLC veterinary today. He still hasn't shown up. I buy the food for traps they have set out for Frankie. I also called the SPCA in Corning and left a message. I will continue to keep you posted. Thank you for your kindness and concern. Bless you 🙏🏼
