Message from Finder

Found curled up on the side of E Levee Rd around 7 am. He came right to me for a tortilla chip. He's big but he's obviously still a baby and doesn't have all of his adult teeth yet. He is not neutered. No microchip. Very sweet and funny but also very cautious and alert. Certain traits about his personality and training that the owner would know.

Be sure to post on Nextdoor App, Neighborsring App and Rio Linda Lost and found pet Facebook Group.Put on Elverta Lost and found pet Facebook group. Also Good Neighbors of Rio Linda.... You have considered Sacramento County were found make sure you file a found report with Bradshaw shelter.. If you're willing to hold due to beyond overcrowding which would be beyond appreciate it because it could be at risk to be euthanized if left but you need to inform them.. They will pay for microchip, neuter, And vaccines. He Is at super duper high risk to Get Parvo since he has been running on grass, pavement and if went into any parks. If Parvo has been there in the last 18 months and he has not had any of the 3 to4 vaccines for Parvo and gets it,has any symptoms, he needs to go to an ER vet immediately to catch in time or he won't make it!! Any diarrhea, blood or colored stool, If not eating or drinking much, suddenly stops, is lethargic and won't get up take him now and you can surrender to 24 hr vet......
