1.Post flyers on neon colored poster paper and put in plastic zip lock bags. Expand your area to include adjoining neighborhoods/areas . 2. Leave flyers at area vets. 3. Go to all shelters in your area in person including Wake County and SPCA. People can hold on to found pets a long time before turning them in
