relatively small jet black cat with faint white mark on chest has been hanging out for a few weeks

we have been seeing this cat for a few weeks-months now. has more recently been hanging out / living on our balcony and coming to eat when our cats come to eat. would love to find out if he/she has a home.

Please ask neighbors if they recognize this cat. If possible, you can take him/her to any vet and check for a microchip. It’s free! You should also put up posters in and around the area. Maybe the owners are not on FB. You should open a found cat file with the Montreal SPCA. They will post it on their lost/found cats section.
