I didn’t have my phone so I posted a stock photo. I could see a green collar or similar. Dog was running down Brownlee at Mitchell. I couldn’t get to it quick enough. Hope the owner is found. SPCA did not answer the phone and due to our current power outage, phone is sketchy!!!
