Definitely check with your local mail carrier due to the fact that they’re out in your community daily and they might recognize this dog and know exactly where he lives as well as going door-to-door in your area maybe just expand it just a little bit to see if anybody knows this pup as well as checking for a chip, that will be amazing if it was micro chipped and notifying Animal Control and the local shelters thank you so much for keeping this pup safe shared on multiple sites. Another idea is maybe calling around to all the local vets in that area and describe the dog or email them a picture and see if they recognize the dog. I’ve done that in the past and it actually helped one time so it’s worth a try if you have the time.
