Leonor Melo I have. I also contacted the humane society and checked with ACCC. I also contacted the company that he is microchiped with and they have put on his account that he is missing. I also made sure that all of my contact information is up to date.

I have posted on Next door and several FB groups. I have food and water and a blanket that smells like me outside. I have posters up around the neighborhood and we have gone door to door looking for him. I do not have a garage to leave open. I also have other pets so i can't leave a door open.I live in city housing and the neighborhood is not safe. In the 3 years I've lived here there has been swat here 4 times. And two murders within 2 blocks of my house. There is a lot of homeless and violence here. I was out until midnight last night looking for him. I brought treats in the cat treat jar and was shaking it as I do at home and it always gets my cats running to me. Let's just say I made friends with all the cats in the neighborhood last night. I am so worried about Dave. He is partially blind and has epilepsy. I'm sick to my stomach with worry.

If this is an indoor only cat that never goes out, look close. Indoor only cats when lost get scared and hide because it is unknown territory and usually do not come out when you call. Usually are within 3 or 4 houses . Put out something with your scent such as a piece of clothing or blanket. Call at dusk, dawn and night and shake the treats. Get in your neighbour's yards and look under decks, sheds, in trees, bushes or anywhere they can hide. Put up lots of posters. If you are searching at night, use a flashlight as their eyes glow in the dark. https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=388310901737884
