This guy has been hanging around the complex since probably March.. that’s when I first start seeing him.. I contacted two possible owners and have only heard back from one. This is obviously someone’s baby, he has lost some weight since he’s been here.. the neighbors do feed him, but it’s not like being fed at “” He’s shy/skittish but has opened up a little and made friends with a few other boys around here. I have more pics if needed.
