Mandi Prather-Black - I have had him for 2.5 years. I rescued him from Freedom Ride Rescue March 2024. He jumped out of my car Saturday evening. I was getting on the ramp to 40 towards Raleigh. I hydroplaned, my car skid to the left, I think that is when he jumped out.
