The concern I would have (beyond her poor dogs) is that they have her keys AND with her ID know her address .... she might want to engage a locksmith to change her locks ASAP.

Hello, I believe both Chica and Bella are at Mississauga Animal Services. We are closed September 7th for the Holiday but can call Tuesday morning at 905-896-5858 option 3.
