Can you take to a Vet clinic to see if microchipped? There is no charge. ER Vet clinics can scan as well for free. Post on Lost and Found Pets of Hillsborough County FB page. They have a large following. Post on next door app as well. Thank you for helping this pup. I hope you find the owners soon. Shared
