Spayed indoor cat who escaped when the dogs went out. Penelope is a bigger lady who is around 12 years old, but is in good health and quite active. She's generally friendly (though definitely has a feline attitude) and likes people, dogs, and some cats. I'm afraid she was trapped and dumped as I've been told that an evil neighbor is guilty of doing just that. Please let me know if you know of her whereabouts or have any information whatsoever about her. The dogs and I, and even the cats, dearly love and really miss our sweet Penelope. Thank you.
