Message from Finder

There is a dog on Melville Street (14609) who appears to be severely underweight. She is very docile and timid, and she has been staying near my sister, seemingly reluctant to leave. My sister says she looks extremely exhausted, almost as though she wants to sit or lie down but is struggling to do so. We are concerned about her condition and believe she may need immediate assistance. 😭😢

Please continue to help her- she needs decent care. It's heartbreaking that people neglect animals. Thank you❤️

Leah Marie Margaret Cain messaged to provide immediate care for the the dog and scan for a chip. But she hasn’t come yet. I can go by the house to check on her and see next steps. We want to ensure she has no fleas

If you are willing or someone is willing you can report her in,but keep her at home. She will be less scared. If neglected no one will come for her.I am not sure if they will be fined for neglect. No one will pay if they don't care.Prayers for a loving home.
