Iko is back...5 days later! Last night before I fell asleep, I remembered I had not left the garage door cracked open (which I've been doing since reading that suggestion). I almost didn't get up, but then prayed, "Father, I know I've entrusted Iko to your care, but it would be such a gift to my family to come downstairs tomorrow, open the door to the garage, and see Iko waiting." And then I went and cracked open the door. Early this morning I went downstairs, opened the door to the garage, and noticed the rotisserie chicken container had been pulled out of the trash (remember all those posts about putting out a rotisserie chicken!). Seconds later, Iko slipped under the cracked open garage door, and started telling me about her adventures...and how hungry she was. Thanks be to God. And thank you to everyone who replied with concern and suggestions, and to those who got the news out! And particular thanks to those who suggested leaving the garage door open and putting out the chicken.
