Lost Unknown Cat last seen Southdown by Truscott road, across the street from the plaza., Mississauga, ON L5J 2A6

Reported 2 months ago

Unknown Unknown Cat

LOST PawBoost ID: 72784183

Mississauga, ON L5J 2A6

Quite skiddish and scared, we couldn’t get close to it so I took a video. Fur appears to be light gray, I think it might be wearing a collar. Doesn’t seem to be a stray, looks very well cared for. Think it may be hanging around the fence in that area but it is right by the plaza on truscott and southdown. It is an adult cat, again the fur is grey, but it could also be a different colour as well since it was dark out, the colours are very muted though.

Frequently Asked Questions

I lost my cat. What should I do?

Take advantage of online platforms – they help you get the word out, quickly and easily. You can report your lost cat to PawBoost in no time flat. We'll send an email alert to our local members, post to the PawBoost-powered Facebook page for your area, add your cat to our lost & found, and make a lost cat flyer – all for free.

Other sites that help you raise local awareness for your lost cat with minimal time and effort are Nextdoor.com – a PawBoost partner – and Craigslist. Both of these sites have very active lost & found sections mainly used for lost pets. We highly recommend you use these resources in addition to PawBoost!

Visit your local shelters and animal control agencies in person. Details can get lost in translation over the phone and that might lead to missed connection.

If chipped, make sure your cat's microchip is registered and up to date. If you don't know your pet's chip manufacturer or number, your vet should be able to help locate this information.

Put up flyers and tell your neighbors to be on the lookout. The more you engage the Hamilton community, the better your chances of a happy reunion!
