Toasted Male Dog

LOST PawBoost ID: 72757458

Citrus County, FL 34433

NO BLACK, Beagle, NM, White and Tan/Red, Reddish Nose, Caramel Eyes, Microchipped, Beagle. NOT A TRI-COLOR BEAGLE. Please do not contact. Contact animal services first. I am not looking for suggestions. His name is Toasted. Neutered male. Microchipped. Posters are up. Vets are notified. You've seen him already on social media. There's been no sightings. He went missing in the farmlands, and we have tracked him but have never found any sign of where he went or of any injury. All shelters have been called. The vets know... I really am tired of repeating what I've done. It's really mentally.... I can't do this. All the suggestions you're going to make have already been made. Please do not email me about those. I'm only posting this because I've been encouraged to keep one thing up, and I hope that somebody finds him. I really don't think he's coming , though. So please, unless you're absolutely sure that you have seen toasted and you've looked at my profile and the pictures. If you have, contact animal services for him to be picked up because it's probably not him still. Been missing since March 20. Was one of my two beagles, and all that I have. So please, I hope you read this and take it seriously: I don't want to be contacted. It's just to keep eyes open in the off chance that he's recovered.

Frequently Asked Questions

I lost my dog. What should I do?

Take advantage of online platforms – they help you get the word out, quickly and easily. You can report your lost dog to PawBoost in no time flat. We'll send an email alert to our local members, post to the PawBoost-powered Facebook page for your area, add your dog to our lost & found, and make a lost dog flyer – all for free.

Other sites that help you raise local awareness for your lost dog with minimal time and effort are Nextdoor.com – a PawBoost partner – and Craigslist. Both of these sites have very active lost & found sections mainly used for lost pets. We highly recommend you use these resources in addition to PawBoost!

Visit your local shelters and animal control agencies in person. Details can get lost in translation over the phone and that might lead to missed connection.

If chipped, make sure your dog's microchip is registered and up to date. If you don't know your pet's chip manufacturer or number, your vet should be able to help locate this information.

Put up flyers and tell your neighbors to be on the lookout. The more you engage the Inglis community, the better your chances of a happy reunion!
