White on his mouth that looks like a mustache. .

Male Yorkie . Please take all pets to be scanned for a chip. He was found and then claimed by someone else because the finder did not get him scanned. This could have been prevented. He could be anywhere now, the person was falsely claiming him. He was a runner, chances are he’ll make a break for it again. We are still hoping for his return. Please have him scanned.
