This budgie/parakeet has a yellow head and matching wings, with a green belly and some more blueish-green tones to the underside of the tail feathers. Has a plastic tag on one leg. Responded to "step up", wings are probably partially clipped, able to fly a bit, so I have him/her in a cage where they are eating millet and seed. Did not particularly want veggies or fruit.
