Vic Male Cat
LOST PET ID: 70450189
Salt Lake City, UT 84116
Gray and white tuxedo kitty with white belly and white paws. Sweet and friendly. Gray spot on his white face. Microchipped -3582 In reply to the one comment received…I had done everything I could in order to prepare him for this cross country journey. He did have a harness and I put it on him several times over the month. He was happy in it. He had a carrier that I prepped him for, a portable litter box, and took him on a couple car rides to get this outdoor cat prepared. While packing, I put his harness where I knew it would be brought with us. Unfortunately, the days before the move where very hectic and very little sleep, and I forgot that I had stashed it in my electronics bag. When I went to the kitty stuff it wasn’t there and I had forgotten I’d stashed it elsewhere. We had to get on the road and so he was just in his leash and what I thought was impossible to get off flea collar. The first night he really wanted to get out around 2am so I took him out. Everything was fine…we walked around for about 20 min and went back inside. The second night, I took him out again but this time there were huge wind gusts and he lost his mind. Jumped out of my arms and did so much jumping that his flea collar came apart. Advising me that my cat is probably suffering or dead is especially hurtful as I am well aware. You can’t imagine how I feel knowing I had the harness the whole time. We searched there for more than 24 hrs.around the perimeter of the hotel as well as the surrounding businesses. I’m angry, regretful, heartbroken and praying someone has found him and will turn him in or care for him. Thank you for any help.
