Found Pet Unknown Cat

FOUND PET ID: 70996060

Moorhead, MN 56560

This black cat has been visiting my hse many times through recent weeks. It also would wander by throughout the summer. I had thought it was just a cat that the owners allowed to be outside, but with it getting cold, I wonder if it is a stray. It is no longer here, but it stops by often enough that if someone recognizes it, I may be able to hold on to it. The cat has a white spot about quarter size on chest.
