She is a service dog for multiple personalities / PTSD/ stroke and other health issues not listed. I have all medical and legal info about her service and my health she helps with.

Samantha was lost while I was away and babysitter somehow let her outside through 3 closed doors. Was gone from Dec 27 to January 30th. Babysitter did not let me know she was missing until I got . Did not want me to worry. Ugh. I am worried.
