Woodspring Suites- PCB people often forget to register. Try the vet who chipped him.

Bay County came out and scanned him, he is chipped but not in this area. So he called a national data base center and he is not popping up registered to anyone. Strange

He's here in our parking lot, He must belong to someone, collar but no tag, Nails are trimmed very well and looks like he may have have some surgery at one point from the patch on his lower back area. With us being in-between Thomas and Front Beach, there is way too much traffic. And if I could bring him inside I would :(
