He’s really shy and run away as soon as he sees someone.

This dog is been walking around alone and scared for a week or so. He’s getting skinnier but I can’t get close to him not even with food ☹️ we need to find his owners ASAP. Please help.

Sometimes they trust other dogs, if he isnt showing signs of aggression maybe another dog might help him trust more???

** THERE IS A SEARCH AND RESCUE team trying to secure this dog. The dog is terrified! Please do not approach, call, chase, or whistle. This could cause the dog to panic and run into danger or leave the area. Even eye contact will send him running. Let the rescue team do their job and get this dog to a safe place.
