Linda Barr Thank you. we have done this. Both Animal Control and PAWS have scanned him. Hoping his owner will come forward but if not he will be looking for his forever home soon. He's very thin and we're working on getting him up to a proper weight in the meantime. I do have an appointment to have him seen soon, if the owners are not found first. Keep him in your prayers
