It's probably got Cherry Eye problems. It doesn't hurt ɓut can Grow and block their vision

Somebody please go and grab the dog so that he isn’t used as a bait dog or somebody tries to shoot him or gonna only knows what else those people do to animals there

Can anyone please update if this dog has been secured and taken into a warm place? If the issue is that no one will house the dog temporarily I will until a rescue can be found or the owner.
