Hi! This cat has been hanging around my apmt complex. I want to make sure he doesn't belong to someone before I take the steps to take care of him and get him the help he needs. He is a pretty solid guy and has one folded over ear. I have been calling him Leeroy. He often hangs out in a private park along east 9th street
