Hello, this is my sister dog. We are desperately trying to find him. This is our old man that seen us graduate high school and so much more. It’s cold out and we just want him home. Him and my dog were together. So far we only got a report of somebody seeing my dog near Windy Hills in Newark, De. In conclusion I think that’s where he is near too.
