If possible, use a sheet protector or laminate in case of rain. Staple and/or duct tape to poles, trees, stores that allow it. Good news! I've been in contact with the county. He was picked up by a Pinellas county deputy last night, and transferred to the animal shelter. First time he's ever been in trouble, lol. I'm leaving shortly to pick him up. Thank you, everyone!

Get fliers up!!! Put owners clothes in area lost to get scent. Contact vets, shelters and rescues. Check cameras in the area. Drone service if possible.
