Description

Bella is a female short-haired domestic cat with a mostly solid blue-gray/charcoal-gray coat. Her fur is smooth and short with no obvious tabby stripes. She has a white chin and lower muzzle, a noticeable white patch on her chest and upper underside, and white markings on her paws. Her back feet have larger white sock-like markings, while the front paws also have white toes/paw markings. She has yellow-green eyes, a dark gray nose, long white whiskers, and large upright pointed ears. Her face is fairly narrow with a slightly triangular shape, and her ears look large compared with her head. Her tail is solid gray without white markings and is medium to long in length. Her body is medium-sized with a compact, slightly rounded build. From the side, most of her back, sides, legs, and tail are gray, with the white markings mainly concentrated on her chin, chest, underside, and feet. One of her most recognizable features is the contrast between her solid gray coat and her bright white chest and paws. Bella is female, short-haired, gray and white, yellow-green eyed, and microchipped.

Bella's Owner Says

Bella is finally home safe! ❤️🐾 She came back home around 11 PM, and we are so relieved to have her back. Thank you so much to everyone who shared her posts, kept an eye out, checked shelters, sent possible sightings, and helped spread the word. I’m especially grateful to the rescues, shelters, veterinary teams, volunteers, neighbors, and community members who help reunite lost pets with their families every day. We truly appreciate every single person who helped us look for Bella. 💕

🤞Tips for FINDING a lost cat. ->->-> Cats that are not used to being outside, OR get spooked by someone or something outside, will find the 1st place to hide and HUNKER DOWN in SILENCE. They tend to remain VERY NEAR. Cats that are scared will often NOT meow/ respond to calls even from their human (at first) ...though Kitty still needs to HEAR you and keep hearing you (until kitty THINKS it’s safe to come forward: that can take several days) - so do NOT stop calling out... Kitty is in survival mode and meowing would give away the hiding spot to predators. Outside is a strange scary place (for indoor cats) with wind & loud noises. CALL for kitty consistently throughout the day and ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT from 10:30 PM until 6AM (when it’s quiet, dark and cats feel ‘safer’ to move out of hiding). VERY important as this is how most people find their lost cats. Set your alarm for every 1.5 hours...go out and call for kitty in your NORMAL, CALM voice and wait. Shake treats (if that is something kitty normally responds to). I can’t tell you how many kitties come out of hiding during these late hours…(or you can hear meows then if they are trapped in your next door neighbor’s garage, shed or backyard for example.) Never put out litter box as it may attract other territorial cats or wildlife.
