Please also post in the Iowa City Lost Pets and also the Lost/Found Pets- Iowa City,Coralville,Tiffin,North Liberty groups. Also make sure microchip is registered and up to date with your current phone number. If a microchip isn’t activated and/or registered with up to date contact info, they can not reunite lost pets with their families. Call the chip’s customer service number to check the status. Also contact Iowa City’s animal control to see if she is there. Keep checking back with them. She could end up there at any time, and if her chip is unregistered, they won’t be able to contact you to report her as found. Good luck!
