Sam canned for chip. And indeed will ask for proof of ownership should someone actually come forward

Please give this dog to Minneapolis Animal Care and control. Cal 311. It should have an ID tag, license and rabies tag. They'll make certain the owner gets those. If the dog has been abandoned, being at MACC will help it get to a rescue such as a local husky rescue group.
