He’s been sheltering in the bushes near my hse near Manzanita Park since last night June 6. The neighbors and I have place food and water out, but he is too shy to come out of the bushes. He is very friendly but scared. He was his tail when we go talk to him.

Update: I contacted the Orange County shelter and they created a found dog profile for her. They said after 30 days, if not claimed, they will move her profile to the adoption page.

Please ask a vet to check for a microchip. Its free. Post on Nextdoor, report found dog to local shelters and put up some flyers where the dog was found as some people are not on social media. Please ask for proof of ownership like photos and call a rescue group to screen potential adopters if owner is never found. Never give away for free. Thanks for helping!! 🐶❤🙏
