TIPS TO HELP FIND DOG:owners
FOR FOUND DOGS & cats
Put the streets/city that your doggie or Kittie was found in your original post
Ask the kids in that neighborhood. They usually know where all the animals live
Post on Pawboost, post on with you Nextdoor,. notify the shelter that you found him post flyers in the neighborhood you found him
Take a picture with you when you walk around where you found the doggie or kitty
don't bring the animal & walk around the neighborhood.
Small dogs get out tiny holes in fences. I know my Chihuahua does that sometimes. Block up holes right away
check for dog microchip by Going to petsmart or any vets office to scan for a chip. Pray you find the owners. If you get a number call Lori Terry to. look up owner
-Smaller dogs tend to be rescued within a mile from their home. So their owner will be looking for him
- Post on Facebook area lost & found pet, community & shelter pages, in newspaper
- Go door to door w/flyers. Speak w/as many people as possible.
