Ziggy Stardust Male Cat

LOST PawBoost ID: 72956755

Saint Paul, MN 55107

We are still searching for Ziggy and need our neighbors' help! He is an indoor-only, all-orange, long-haired, neutered male tabby. He bolted outside on June 1, got spooked by a dog, and went into hiding. We saw him once on June 5, but haven't had a sighting since. He is excellent at hiding and fearful of other people, so please don't chase him, just take a photo and report where and when you saw him. There's a $50 reward for a photo or doorbell camera footage of him. We are out searching for him every night, but we need our neighbors to check their backyards, garages, or other areas that aren't visible from the street (use a flashlight to catch the reflection in his eyes) - we respect your privacy and your property.

Frequently Asked Questions

I lost my cat. What should I do?

Take advantage of online platforms – they help you get the word out, quickly and easily. You can report your lost cat to PawBoost in no time flat. We'll send an email alert to our local members, post to the PawBoost-powered Facebook page for your area, add your cat to our lost & found, and make a lost cat flyer – all for free.

Other sites that help you raise local awareness for your lost cat with minimal time and effort are Nextdoor.com – a PawBoost partner – and Craigslist. Both of these sites have very active lost & found sections mainly used for lost pets. We highly recommend you use these resources in addition to PawBoost!

Visit your local shelters and animal control agencies in person. Details can get lost in translation over the phone and that might lead to missed connection.

If chipped, make sure your cat's microchip is registered and up to date. If you don't know your pet's chip manufacturer or number, your vet should be able to help locate this information.

Put up flyers and tell your neighbors to be on the lookout. The more you engage the Brooklyn Park community, the better your chances of a happy reunion!
