Black and white elderly very skinny. Green eyes with pigment spot. Very affectionate. I found him struggling in the heat near downtown moorseville on GROVER COURT. I took him to the nearest vet abd they couldn't find a microchip so I left my number with them. I tried a few hses with Ring doorbells hoping someone would recognize him but no one answered. He has an upper respiratory infection and given his condition he either was starving outside or has Kidney Disease or something chronic. He has eaten plenty at my hse.
