If you can't take a picture please report the sighting anyhow. Any positive leads can lead to a substantial reward! MAIN REWARD is for a safe return to owner! He could be in the General tract (by La Palma Ave between Valley View and Knott Aves) or surrounding tracts or areas/cities. Please inform any feeders/rescues or people who aren't on social media!
