Olivia Female Cat

LOST PawBoost ID: 73537206

Somers, NY 10589

Olivia is a 6-7 month old kitten — a grey-brown tabby/torbie with distinctive orange-brown patches and marbling on her back and sides, dark tabby stripes, an 'M' on her forehead, a cream chin and green-hazel eyes. She is NOT wearing a collar or harness (she slipped out of her harness) and has no microchip. WHAT HAPPENED: On October 21, in the PARKING LOT of Somers Storage Center in Somers, NY, Olivia slipped out of her harness and ran under our car. She did NOT go inside the storage facility. We never saw her come out from under the car — she may still be hiding near the storage center in Somers, or she may have hidden inside the car itself. The car later stopped in Fordham in the Bronx and in Wurtsboro, NY, so she could be in any of these three areas: SOMERS, the BRONX (Fordham), or WURTSBORO. Nobody knows for sure — please watch for her in all three places. She is shy — please do not chase her. Call or text right away, day or night:.

Frequently Asked Questions

I lost my pet. What should I do?

Take advantage of online platforms – they help you get the word out, quickly and easily. You can report your lost pet to PawBoost in no time flat. We'll send an email alert to our local members, post to the PawBoost-powered Facebook page for your area, add your pet to our lost & found, and make a lost pet flyer – all for free.

Other sites that help you raise local awareness for your lost pet with minimal time and effort are Nextdoor.com – a PawBoost partner – and Craigslist. Both of these sites have very active lost & found sections mainly used for lost pets. We highly recommend you use these resources in addition to PawBoost!

Visit your local shelters and animal control agencies in person. Details can get lost in translation over the phone and that might lead to missed connection.

If chipped, make sure your pet's microchip is registered and up to date. If you don't know your pet's chip manufacturer or number, your vet should be able to help locate this information.

Put up flyers and tell your neighbors to be on the lookout. The more you engage the Danbury community, the better your chances of a happy reunion!
