Black w/wide white chest stripe. Skinny white strip top of snout/forehead. Ears and tail intact. No testies, so either female or neutered (dog is in survival mode so have not got close enough to be 100%). Possibly small white on back left toe (video quality not best) have not noticed white on other legs from distance. Dog is circling our quiet cauldesac area, but has a retreat location. I've set food out w/ring cam to try to hopefully keep returning. If a foster volunteers, a rescue should be able to trap
