Yorkie Terrier Mix (possibly), male. Fur pretty worn from some skin issue going on. Been out in the wild for a little while it seems. Extremely intelligent, can sit and lie down - hasn't barked or nipped once, barely even a peep. Seemed to be trying to get my car to stop on Panhandle St. Initially I waited and let it go by, but in my rear view I saw him running down the middle of the street. He very easily got in my car and been extremely well behaved.
