Shadow Male Cat

LOST PawBoost ID: 72658244

Houston, TX 77080

Shadow is a 13 year-old black domestic long haired neutered male cat with a distinctive bald spot of whitish/pink skin on the top of his nose. He lost his nose fur due to seasonal allergies. He has some grey in his fur along his stomach fur. His fur appears to have some reddish brown tones at the mids and ends along his sides, stomach and legs. He is not microchipped and went missing in the Holley Terrace neighborhood in Spring Branch in Northwest Houston on Tuesday, March 10th, 2026. He is not aggressive and very sweet. He may be wary of strangers and likes to sleep under cars and in bushes. He was last seen near the cross streets of Lazy Spring DR and Norton DR. He seems to have disappeared between 3 PM and 7 PM. Please, if you find him or spot him contact us. We also ask that you please check your grges, sheds and bushes in case he may be trapped inside or injured. We love him very much and worry about him and hope to have him returned as soon as possible. Thank you.

Frequently Asked Questions

I lost my cat. What should I do?

Take advantage of online platforms – they help you get the word out, quickly and easily. You can report your lost cat to PawBoost in no time flat. We'll send an email alert to our local members, post to the PawBoost-powered Facebook page for your area, add your cat to our lost & found, and make a lost cat flyer – all for free.

Other sites that help you raise local awareness for your lost cat with minimal time and effort are Nextdoor.com – a PawBoost partner – and Craigslist. Both of these sites have very active lost & found sections mainly used for lost pets. We highly recommend you use these resources in addition to PawBoost!

Visit your local shelters and animal control agencies in person. Details can get lost in translation over the phone and that might lead to missed connection.

If chipped, make sure your cat's microchip is registered and up to date. If you don't know your pet's chip manufacturer or number, your vet should be able to help locate this information.

Put up flyers and tell your neighbors to be on the lookout. The more you engage the Houston community, the better your chances of a happy reunion!
