Hello Neighbors! Sorry to be posting this late but it’s been a long and eventful few days. 🎉 Kona was rescued and we were reunited with her yesterday morning! Thank you for everyone who shared our post! Some farm & forestry land owners next to and behind the subdivision was looking for her and found her while driving a 4 wheeler through the woods. He found her stuck in a drainage ditch with 10 foot walls, not able to get out. Somehow this little 16 year old, 12 lb dog with a heart condition survived this weather and the elements for 3 days and 3 nights IN THE WOODS!! She is back home now and doing well with only a few minor injuries. Thank you again to everyone who took the time to comment, share, look for her, and engage. We are so grateful and excited to have her back. I can’t tell you all how much our family appreciates the neighborhood and community here coming together to help us!
