Tan and white. Scruffy. Terrier mix. About 17 pounds. He had on a black collar and green harness when lost but may not be wearing it anymore. He escaped a potential adopter's front door despite a full check and **extensive warning** about open doors, etc -- especially with rescue pups. Contact ASAP if found please.
